We are a personally curated dropshipping company, specifically tailored for bohemian style clothes, toys, shoes, decor and accessories for children and infants. 

All our items are hand-picked to provide the best quality, best prices and fastest shipping possible from our suppliers.

Boheme Babies is a dropshipping company and therefore does not personally handle the packaging and shipping of the products. After an purchase is made on the site, all orders go through the following 2 Step Process:

Step 1 is Order Processing.  This is where your order on the site is sent over to our manufacturing partners for them to package and ship out your item(s).   

Step 2 is the Shipping Phase.  All our manufacturers are based in China for the time being and ship the item(s) via ePacket.  This is one of the cheapest, most reliable and fastest delivery methods available.  Using ePacket allows us to keep costs low and pass those savings onto you!  

We diligently strive to work with top quality manufacturers who have outstanding responsiveness to orders.  Should a manufacturing partner fail to meet our high standards in either the order processing or shipping phases, we will remove that companies products from the site and look to replace their products with similar ones from another manufacturer.  

After an purchase is made on the site, the order processing phase generally takes around 3-7 business days. We always strive to place your order with our suppliers within the first 24-48 hours of the purchase.  After it's passed off to our suppliers, there is some processing time on their end as they get it packaged up and ready to send.

Once an order has successfully processed, it will enter the shipping phase.  As mentioned in the previous FAQ item, all manufacturers are based out of China and ship via ePacket.  Shipping times range between 15-30 days. 

Please note: Refunds will not be given for items that go beyond these shipping time frame estimates.

If you're product has not arrived within these time estimates, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@bohemebabies.com. One of our helpful staff members will do everything possible to help you track down your order.  

Due to the excessive costs associated with expedited shipping, at this time we do not offer that service.  It is something we are looking to make a regular option for all orders, so keep an eye out for news on that!

If there's an item on the store and you'd like to have it shipped with expedited shipping, please feel free to reach out to us at info@bohemebabies.com.  We'll be happy to talk to that specific manufacturer about what options would be available and pass that information onto you.  

Our goal is always to keep our customers happy.  Products returned in their original condition and within 30 days of you having received the product may be eligible for a partial or full refund.  Additionally, undelivered packages due to shipping errors may also be eligible for refund.

Orders that fall out of these requirements may still be eligible for store credit in the form of unique coupon codes that will be emailed to the customer.

Exchanges are only available if a product has been damaged in shipping or is defective.  In these cases, please reach out to our support team at info@bohemebabies.com to alert us to the situation so we can work to correct it as soon as possible.
